Fun with FireBug: The $0 Variable

Once you've inspected an element, you may have the urge to manipulate it on the command line. Just use the $0 variable to reference the last object inspected. Additionally, $1 will reference the second to last object, and $n(2) will reference the nth most recently inspected object.
