Konfabulator

I've been playing with Konfabulator, thanks to a few reminders from the famous Mozillian Scott Collins. I like it! It's a lot like XUL, but oriented towards creating little floating widgets instead of giant applications. Scott has written a nice tutorial that is a good starting point for anyone looking to develop their own widgets.
