sun sun go away

The rain has finally come to California.

It was a marvelous feeling to wake up yesterday to the sound of rain tapping on the rooftop. The matte brown of Felton gave way to a glowing green, and the sky was for once a color other than blue. As much as I love the convenience of a California summer, it is nice to finally have some real weather.

On my way into work today, the clouds parted and let the sun through just as I crossed into San Jose. I was not happy about this in the least bit.
